These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the tbajiee platform, including all betting, casino, and payment services. By creating an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
18+ Age Policy
tbajiee is strictly for players aged 18 and above. Age verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately closed.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one tbajiee account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all funds and permanent closure of all associated accounts.
Fair Play Commitment

Right to Amend

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive legal agreement between you and tbajiee with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior understandings, representations, and agreements — whether written or oral — between you and tbajiee regarding the subject matter herein.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and must not attempt to register an account or access any tbajiee service. Continued use of the Platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and maintain an account on tbajiee, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. tbajiee strictly prohibits access to, and use of, its services by anyone under the age of 18. This restriction applies regardless of the age of majority in your local jurisdiction where that age differs from 18.
- You are accessing and using the Platform entirely for your own personal, recreational use and not on behalf of any third party, organisation, or commercial entity.
- You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of tbajiee or any of its affiliated game content providers, payment processing partners, or technology vendors.
- You are not acting as an agent, syndicate member, or professional gambler whose primary purpose is to exploit promotional offers, bonus structures, or in-play odds discrepancies systematically and at scale.
- Your account has not previously been closed, suspended, or permanently excluded by tbajiee for any reason, including breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or self-exclusion.
- You have not been diagnosed with, or are not currently seeking treatment for, a gambling addiction or problem gambling behaviour that renders voluntary participation in online gambling unsafe for you at this time.
tbajiee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence for identity, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by tbajiee's verification team may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Account Registration & Security
Each eligible player is permitted to hold one and only one tbajiee account. The deliberate creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different names, different device identifiers, or different IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for all required fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information. tbajiee will rely on the information you provide when processing identity verification requests, withdrawal instructions, and responsible gaming interventions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, including family members. Any activity that occurs on your tbajiee account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility unless you have notified tbajiee of a suspected unauthorised access event by contacting support at [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
tbajiee strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts where available. A strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service is also strongly advised. tbajiee will never contact you asking for your password under any circumstances — any communication purporting to be from tbajiee and requesting your password should be treated as a fraudulent phishing attempt and reported immediately.

Withdrawal conditions: All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the tbajiee account. tbajiee will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous wallets, or payment methods that differ from those used for deposits without prior written approval from the compliance team. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal above ৳25,000 is processed.
Anti-money laundering: tbajiee is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or the financing of unlawful activities. Deposits must be made from funds that are legally owned by the account holder. tbajiee may request evidence of the source of funds at any time. Any suspicious deposit or withdrawal activity will be reported in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
Deposit limits: Players may set voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) from within their account settings as part of tbajiee's responsible gaming programme. Limits set by the player take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on tbajiee are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant betting market or casino game. These game-specific rules are accessible from within the game or betting interface and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between a game-specific rule and these Terms, the game-specific rule shall prevail for that game or market only.
Sportsbook: Pre-match and in-play bets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports are accepted subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market and may be adjusted by tbajiee at any time without prior notice.
Live Casino: Games hosted by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Vivo Live are subject to each provider's game rules as published within the game interface. tbajiee acts as the platform operator and is not responsible for the conduct of live dealer game sessions beyond its obligations as operator.
Slots & Crash Games: All slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other certified providers use independently audited random number generators. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each slot title are disclosed within the game information panel. tbajiee does not modify or interfere with game RTP settings.
Void bets and settlements: tbajiee reserves the right to void any bet that was placed using incorrect odds, that resulted from a pricing error, or that was placed after the event outcome was already determined. Voided bets are refunded to the player's tbajiee account balance at the original stake. Settled bets that are subsequently voided will result in the recalculation of the player's balance.
Maximum winnings: tbajiee applies maximum winnings limits on a per-market, per-game, and per-session basis. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting or gaming interface. Any winnings that exceed the applicable maximum will be capped at the published limit, and the excess amount will not be credited to the player's account.
Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a live game session or a sports event, tbajiee will apply its standard void and refund procedure. tbajiee's decision regarding the settlement of bets affected by technical malfunctions is final and binding.
Bonuses & Promotions
tbajiee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions displayed at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry dates, and maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active. These offer-specific terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
General bonus conditions that apply to all tbajiee promotions unless stated otherwise in the offer-specific terms are set out below:
One Bonus Per Offer
Each promotional offer may be claimed once per eligible player, household address, device, and IP address unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
Expiry Dates Apply
Bonus funds and free spins expire within the period specified in the offer terms, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier and eligible games are stated clearly in each offer's terms before the player claims.
Maximum Bet Rule
While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per spin or per round is ৳500 unless stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Abuse & Fraud
tbajiee reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that the player is abusing the promotion, exploiting a technical error, or acting in bad faith.
Seasonal Promotions
Special promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26) are time-limited and subject to individual offer terms published on the promotions page at the time of the event.
tbajiee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Modifications will not retroactively affect bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account and are actively being wagered.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tbajiee platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the behaviours listed below will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant legal authorities:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or any other interaction with tbajiee
- Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, to circumvent account limits, claim multiple bonuses, or evade a suspension or self-exclusion
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider-information-based betting on any sporting event available on tbajiee
- Colluding with other players at live casino tables or in any other multiplayer gaming environment available on the Platform
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, pricing mistakes, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or betting market
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any component of the tbajiee Platform
- Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity
- Charging back, disputing, or reversing any deposit transaction through your payment provider without first contacting tbajiee support to attempt resolution
- Allowing or facilitating access to your tbajiee account by any third party, including family members or friends, regardless of whether the third party meets the eligibility criteria
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing tbajiee customer support staff or other players in any communication channel
- Systematic exploitation of bonus offers across multiple accounts or using coordinated play strategies designed to generate guaranteed profit from promotional terms
Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the Player: Any player may request the closure of their tbajiee account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method, subject to identity verification and the standard withdrawal processing requirements set out in Section 4. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of the closure request will be forfeited.
Suspension or Closure by tbajiee: tbajiee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud
- Failure to complete satisfactory identity verification within the required timeframe
- Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same player
- Use of prohibited automated software or collusion in gaming environments
- Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting tbajiee support
- Any other conduct that tbajiee, in its reasonable discretion, considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players
Responsible Gaming Closure: Players who request account closure on responsible gaming grounds — including self-exclusion for problem gambling — will have their accounts closed within 24 hours of the request. Where a player requests permanent self-exclusion, tbajiee will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration. Any balance remaining at the time of a responsible gaming closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
Self-Exclusion Options
tbajiee offers the following self-exclusion periods, all of which take effect within 24 hours of the request:
- 24-hour cooling-off period
- 7-day temporary exclusion
- 30-day temporary exclusion
- 90-day temporary exclusion
- Permanent account closure (irreversible)
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tbajiee, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, game content providers, and payment partners shall not be liable to any player for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether tbajiee had been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service provided thereon, including interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events beyond tbajiee's reasonable control.
- Any loss resulting from a security breach, unauthorised access to a player's account, or the fraudulent use of a player's credentials, where tbajiee has implemented commercially reasonable security measures consistent with industry standards.
- Any failure or delay in the processing of a deposit or withdrawal attributable to the player's payment provider, banking institution, or mobile wallet operator, rather than to a failure on tbajiee's part.
- The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information published on the Platform relating to sporting events, game outcomes, odds, or promotional offers, where any inaccuracy results from a data feed error supplied by a third-party data provider.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tbajiee's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tbajiee makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.
Amendments to These Terms
tbajiee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Amendments may be made for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to: changes in applicable law or regulation, updates to payment processing procedures, the introduction of new games or betting markets, changes to responsible gaming obligations, or corrections of typographical errors and clarifications of existing provisions.
When material changes are made to these Terms, tbajiee will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a reasonable period following the update. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that the email address registered to their tbajiee account remains current and accurate so that amendment notifications can be received.
The date on which the current version of these Terms became effective is displayed at the top of this page. The most recent version of these Terms, as published on this page, shall always supersede any prior version. By continuing to use the Platform after any amendment has been published — whether or not a notification was received — you confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms. tbajiee will not be liable to any player for any loss or inconvenience arising from the player's decision to close their account following an amendment to these Terms.
General Legal Provisions
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable in any respect, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Waiver: tbajiee's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver will only be effective if given in writing and signed by an authorised representative of tbajiee.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any offer-specific bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and tbajiee with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral.
Intellectual Property: All content on the tbajiee Platform, including but not limited to the tbajiee brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of tbajiee or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of tbajiee.
