tbajiee Responsible
Gaming Guide
Gambling at tbajiee should always be an enjoyable experience. We provide every player with practical tools — deposit limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion — to help you stay in control. This page explains how to use those tools and where to get help if you ever need it.
Our Commitment to Safe Play
At tbajiee, we believe that responsible gaming is not an afterthought — it is a core part of how we operate. Bangladesh's online gambling community deserves a platform that treats player wellbeing as seriously as it treats entertainment, and tbajiee is built with exactly that philosophy in mind.
Gambling is a form of entertainment. Like any leisure activity, it carries risks when it stops being fun and starts becoming a compulsion. tbajiee is committed to providing every player with transparent information, practical self-management tools, and immediate access to professional support so that those risks can be identified and addressed early.
Our responsible gaming programme covers five key areas: age verification, spending controls, time management tools, self-exclusion options, and signposting to professional support services. Every player on the tbajiee platform — whether you are depositing via bKash in Dhaka, placing a BPL cricket bet from Chittagong, or spinning slots from Cox's Bazar — has equal and immediate access to every one of these tools.
We also train our customer support team to recognise patterns that may indicate a player is experiencing difficulties. If our team identifies concerning behaviour, they may proactively reach out to offer support. This does not mean we monitor your gameplay intrusively — it means we care about what happens to our players beyond the next spin or the next match.

Age Restriction & Verification
Strictly 18 and Above
tbajiee does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on the platform. This rule is absolute and applies to every player regardless of location within Bangladesh.
If you suspect a minor has gained access to a tbajiee account, contact us immediately at [email protected].
Why We Verify Age: Underage gambling causes serious harm. Young people are more susceptible to developing gambling-related problems, and exposure to gambling during formative years significantly increases the risk of problem gambling in adulthood. tbajiee takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling seriously — age verification is not optional.
How We Verify: At registration, all players are required to confirm that they are aged 18 or above. Before processing any withdrawal above ৳25,000, or at any earlier point where our compliance team deems it necessary, players are required to complete a full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting:
- A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
- Proof of residential address (recent utility bill or bank statement)
- A selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document (where required)
Consequences of Providing False Age: Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended. All deposits will be refunded and all winnings will be forfeited. tbajiee reserves the right to report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
Deposit & Spending Limits
One of the most effective tools for maintaining control over your gambling is setting a firm limit on how much money you deposit or spend over a given period. tbajiee provides granular spending controls that you can configure directly from your account settings at any time. These limits apply across all deposit methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers.
Increasing Limits: If you request an increase to an existing limit, tbajiee applies a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before the higher limit takes effect. This delay is intentional — it ensures that requests made in the heat of the moment do not immediately expose you to higher risk. You may cancel an increase request at any time during the 7-day period and it will not take effect.
Decreasing Limits: Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately, without any waiting period. tbajiee intentionally makes it easier to lower limits than to raise them, because reducing exposure quickly is always in a player's best interest.
How to Set Limits: Log into your tbajiee account, navigate to the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings, and select the limit type you wish to configure. Enter your preferred amount in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and confirm. The limit will be active within minutes. If you experience any difficulty setting limits through the platform, contact our support team at [email protected] and a team member will configure the limit on your behalf.
Time-Out & Cool-Off Tools
Spending too long in a single gambling session is a well-documented risk factor for problem gambling. When a session runs on for hours, decision-making quality declines, emotional regulation weakens, and the likelihood of chasing losses increases. tbajiee's time management tools are designed to interrupt this pattern before it becomes harmful.
Session Time Limit: Set a maximum duration for each individual play session. When the timer expires, tbajiee will display a prominent on-screen reminder and, if you have enabled the mandatory stop feature, will automatically end your session and log you out. You can configure session time limits from 30 minutes up to 4 hours.
Reality Check Notifications: At intervals you choose (every 30, 60, or 90 minutes), tbajiee will display a reality check notification showing you how long you have been playing in the current session, your net win or loss for the session, and the option to continue or stop. These prompts are designed to break the flow-state of prolonged play and encourage conscious decision-making.
Cool-Off Period: If you feel you need a short break from gambling — a day, a week, or a month — you can activate a cool-off period instantly. During a cool-off, your account remains active and your balance is preserved, but you cannot place bets, make deposits, or access game content. At the end of the cool-off period, access is automatically restored.
Available Time Controls
- Session duration cap (30 min – 4 hours)
- Mandatory session-end logout on timer expiry
- Reality check pop-ups every 30, 60, or 90 minutes
- Cool-off periods: 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, 30 days
- Session net result display in reality check notification
- All time controls configurable via account settings
Self-Exclusion Programme
Self-exclusion is the most powerful responsible gaming tool available on tbajiee. When you self-exclude, your account is completely suspended for the duration you select. You will be unable to log in, deposit, bet, or access any game or casino content. Any active bonuses and promotional eligibility will be forfeited for the exclusion period.
How to Self-Exclude: Self-exclusion can be requested in two ways: through the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings, or by contacting tbajiee support directly at [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". Your account will be suspended within 24 hours of the request being received — in most cases, immediately. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed until the full period has elapsed.
Available Exclusion Periods:
- 6 months — recommended as a starting point for most players seeking a break
- 1 year — suitable for players who have identified a recurring pattern of harm
- 3 years — appropriate for longer-term recovery
- Permanent exclusion — for players who decide that they wish to stop gambling indefinitely; this decision is irreversible
Returning After Exclusion: When a fixed-term self-exclusion period expires, your account will not be automatically reactivated. You must actively contact tbajiee support to request reinstatement. There is a mandatory 7-day reflection period between your reinstatement request and account reactivation. During this time, we may ask you to confirm that you have reflected on your decision and, where appropriate, suggest that you speak with a support organisation before returning to play.
Marketing During Exclusion: tbajiee will immediately remove self-excluded players from all promotional mailing lists, SMS campaigns, and push notification lists. You should not receive any gambling-related marketing material from tbajiee while self-excluded. If you do receive such material, please report it to [email protected] immediately so we can investigate and rectify the error.

Recognising Problem Gambling
Problem gambling does not always look the same. It can develop gradually and is often invisible to the person experiencing it until the consequences become significant. Understanding the warning signs — in yourself or in someone you care about — is the first step toward getting help.
Chasing Losses
Continuing to gamble specifically to recover money that has already been lost, or placing increasingly large bets to "break even", is one of the clearest indicators of problem gambling behaviour.
Gambling with Essential Funds
Using money earmarked for rent, utility bills, groceries, or family expenses to fund gambling activity is a serious warning sign that gambling has moved beyond entertainment.
Hiding Gambling Activity
Concealing the amount of time or money spent gambling from family members, friends, or colleagues — or feeling defensive when the topic arises — suggests that the activity has become something to be ashamed of.
Inability to Stop
Repeatedly failing to stick to self-imposed time or money limits, or feeling restless and irritable when attempting to cut down on gambling, indicates a loss of behavioural control that warrants professional support.
Neglecting Responsibilities
Missing work, neglecting family obligations, or losing sleep because of gambling activity signals that gambling is displacing other important areas of life — a pattern that typically worsens over time without intervention.
Gambling to Escape
Using gambling as a way to cope with stress, anxiety, depression, or difficult life circumstances — rather than for entertainment — creates a harmful link between emotional distress and the urge to gamble.
Borrowing to Gamble
Taking loans, withdrawing from savings, or selling personal possessions to fund gambling deposits is a significant escalation that indicates gambling-related financial harm requiring immediate action.
Escalating Stakes
Needing to gamble with progressively larger amounts of money to achieve the same level of excitement is a classic indicator of tolerance — a feature shared with other addictive behaviours.
Self-Assessment Checklist
The following questions are drawn from widely used responsible gaming screening tools. They are designed to help you reflect honestly on your gambling habits. There are no right or wrong answers — this checklist is for your benefit only and is not recorded by tbajiee. If you answer "yes" to two or more questions, we encourage you to consider using one of the tools described on this page or to contact a professional support service.
Have you ever spent more money gambling than you originally planned to for that session?
Have you gambled to try to win back money that you had previously lost?
Have you ever borrowed money or sold possessions in order to fund gambling?
Have you felt that you needed to gamble with increasingly large amounts to feel the same level of excitement?
Have you ever felt restless, irritable, or anxious when trying to cut down or stop gambling?
Have you missed work, study, or family commitments because of time spent gambling?
Have you hidden your gambling activity, or lied about the amount of money or time spent gambling, from people close to you?
Have you gambled as a way to escape from stress, worry, depression, or other emotional difficulties?
Have you repeatedly tried to control, cut back, or stop gambling but found it difficult to do so?
Have you ever felt that gambling was causing serious problems in your relationships, finances, or mental health?
Support & Help Resources

In addition to our in-platform support, we encourage players to contact professional organisations that specialise in gambling-related harm.

Gamblers Anonymous
Gamblers Anonymous is a peer-support fellowship for people who want to stop gambling. Meetings are held in a confidential setting and provide a community of shared experience. The programme is free of charge and open to anyone who identifies as having a gambling problem.
Contact Gamblers Anonymous through their official international directory for the Bangladesh chapter or nearest regional group.
National Mental Health Helpline
Bangladesh's National Mental Health Helpline provides confidential telephone counselling for individuals experiencing mental health difficulties, including gambling-related stress, anxiety, and depression. Counsellors are trained to help callers identify next steps and access further care.
For professional referrals in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, or Khulna, contact the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) through their public helpline service.
Talk to Someone You Trust
Sometimes the most effective first step is a simple, honest conversation with a family member, a close friend, or a community elder. In Bangladeshi culture, family and community support networks are a powerful resource. If you feel comfortable doing so, speaking openly about your concerns with a trusted person can relieve the burden of secrecy and open the door to further support.
- Choose someone you trust and who will not judge you
- Be honest about the extent of the problem
- Ask them to help you stay accountable to your limits
- Consider attending a support session together
